Start Calling

Before calling live leads, add your details first to run a test call. You may want to adjust the call instructions based on these test calls.

  1. In the “Outbound call list” tab, add your phone number with the country code without the plus to cell D5. For example, 18434926067. Note: Make sure there are no duplicate numbers, as this is used as a unique identifier for each lead.
  2. Optionally, input your first and last name in cells E5 and F5, respectively.
  3. Ensure you tick C5, which lets your agent know to call this person.
  4. In row G5, add the lead's emails in the format "user.email: value." In this case, add your email address for testing purposes.
  1. Optionally, specify user information, language, and user time zone in row 4, which are default values that apply to all leads. If you have specific leads with different information, you can specify that information in its respective row, overriding the default value.
  2. Ensure all cells in the “Attempts” (column O) are set to 0.
  1. Go to the “Meta” tab and click the Start calling button to launch the outbound caller. Wait briefly to receive the call.
