Below is a list of integration identifiers, otherwise referred to as "integrationIdn" within the Newo platform and Skill Script examples.

  • magic_api: Magic integration (Magic API bot) allows an agent to perform more complex, automated web browser actions, such as searching on Google, making bookings, and setting meetings.
  • magic_browser: Magic integration (Magic Browser bot) allows an agent to perform more complex, automated web browser actions, such as searching on Google, making bookings, and setting meetings.
  • program_timer: Allows for setting up programmable timers at defined intervals.
  • twilio_messenger: Twilio messenger integration allows an agent to send SMS notifications to a user and/or communicate via text message.
  • twilio: Twilio integration allows for telephone conversations with an agent using built-in voices.
  • vapi: Vapi integration allows for telephone conversations with an agent, providing more voice options and producing a more realistic-sounding agent.
  • telegram: Telegram integration allows an agent to communicate via a user's Telegram number or a chatbot.
  • api: API integration allows third-party applications to use Newo's API commands.
  • sandbox: Sandbox integration allows for text communication via the built-in Sandbox chat window.
  • talking_head: Talking head integration allows for a text-only or avatar-based web chat (through HeyGen services).
  • newo_chat: Newo chat integration allows for a text-only web chat.
