Integration Identifier List

Below is a list of integration identifiers, otherwise referred to as "integrationIdn" within the Newo platform and Skill Script examples.

• api: API integration allows third-party applications to use Newo's API commands.
• google_calendar: Google Calendar integration allows an agent to manage scheduling and appointments through Google Calendar.
• http: HTTP integration allows an agent to send generic HTTP/API requests using the send_request command.
• magic_api: Magic API integration allows an agent to interact with external APIs through the Magic API bot.
• magic_browser: Magic Browser integration allows an agent to perform automated web browser actions, such as searching on Google, making bookings, and setting meetings.
• newo_chat: Newo Chat integration allows for a text-only or avatar-based web chat.
• newo_sms: Newo SMS integration allows an agent to send and receive text messages.
• newo_voice: Newo Voice integration allows for telephone conversations with an agent using Newo's native voice system.
• program_timer: Allows for setting up programmable timers at defined intervals.
• sandbox: Sandbox integration allows for text communication via the built-in Sandbox chat window.
• telegram: Telegram integration allows an agent to communicate via a Telegram chatbot.
• twilio: Twilio integration allows for telephone conversations with an agent using built-in voices.
